Another important part of my university work was close collaboration with the fundraising team. Following the completion of a successful capital campaign, UIndy hosted a black-tie gala to thank donors, alumni, and friends. I designed an elegant, one-of-a-kind invitation to match the formal occasion. The cover featured a silver logo on rich black cover stock, setting a refined tone. Inside, the first panel, a translucent sheet, simply read “Thank You,” creating a soft, graceful introduction. Behind it, the remaining elements were printed on shimmering silver stock, including the main invitation, a detailed map, and a reply card with a coordinating envelope. The custom, multi-component invitation was wrapped in a silver ribbon and sealed with a silver sticker. The pieces were packaged and mailed in a matching envelope to create a striking, cohesive impression.
